Role Summary/Purpose:
This position is responsible for managing growth for services in a given geography through dem creation funnel
acceleration in partnership with Field Marketing supporting future services development by identifying market trends,
relevant buying centers personas, customer needs.
Essential Responsibilities:
Hiring, directly supervising, compensating developing effectively a team of professional marketers
Collecting win/loss & competitive insight on service portfolios at regional level feedback to global
service recommend develop marketing programs to adjust service positioning improve win rate.
Collaborating with commercial leadership global marketing to develop the region market orders forecast.
Ensuring regional marketing plans & ution are aligned with global marketing plan (value proposition, positioning,
marketing mix, etc.) to grow orders share.
Providing region input to business cases for products/upgrades that are at concept stage, work with Global
Service Marketing to develop, test prototype new service ideas
Employing clinical industry trend analysis, market share competitive analysis relevant to a product / portfolio.
Conducting in-depth research to define customer problem statement, success metrics, clinical economic needs,
buying cycles, personas (to support development of global MRD) .
Validating global value proposition messaging adapt for regional use.
Prioritizing mapping global customer segments works with Field Marketing on dem creation activities to achieve NPI
business objectives.
Developing supporting service-specific KOL’s advisory boards.
Developing regional thought leadership advertising promotion strategy in support of dem creation funnel
acceleration activities.
Adapting global marketing assets (including sales tools) to ensure that the region commercial organization has the right
tools to position sell service configurations / portfolio effectively. Trains direct / indirect sales channels.
Identifying establishing reference show sites.
Developing programs to gather regional evidence of customer success, early adopters, show sites, clinical evidence
where appropriate
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Aware of comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals,
applicable laws regulations as they apply to this job type/position
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
3. Identify report any quality or compliance concerns take immediate corrective action as required
4. Responsible for ensuring legal regulatory approval of all marketing communications prior to external release
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
2. 5+ years’ experience in marketing, product or service marketing or related field
3. Prior experience in a leadership role with direct reports
4. Leadership skills to lead teams shape/lead growth vision marketing strategy
5. Team oriented – ability to motivate work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
6. Excellent oral written communications skills
7. Strong analytical process skills
Desired Characteristics:
1. MBA or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
2. 7+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
3. Deep marketing expertise in market & customer insights, product commercialization bring
4. Healthcare product/industry acumen
5. Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration ute on creative ideas
6. Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals demonstrate organizational influence
