Role Summary/Purpose
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide multi-functional leadership strategic direction for a product market segments.
Essential Responsibilities
- Establishing the vision strategic plan for the assigned product Pharmaceutical (Academia) segment
- Leading a multi-functional organization, which could include marketing, sales, operations services teams, while ensuring compliance with quality systems regulatory requirements?
- Ensuring customer focus by communicating building rapport with customers as required
ensuring the voice of the customer is reflected in work processes.
- Defining leading appropriate market segmentation positioning strategies for the assigned product segment
- Driving the product portfolio to meet the needs of the market. Responsible for strategy ution of the product roadmaps
New Product Introductions (NPI)
- Drive operating mechanisms to ensure behavior consistent with integrity, quality systems, EHS requirements.
- Managing key business financial performance indicators such as those on the operating statement balance sheet
- Working closely with global PM in developing, uting, motivating others on strategies, tactics, measurements,
operating mechanisms to deliver business results.
- Improve customer loyalty net promoter score
- Drive simplification with lean six sigma
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree above in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioengineering/Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Molecular Biology Medical Science or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in vertical marketing, product/segment marketing /or support, product development, or related field
- Well experience in Academic industry be familiar with omatography, molecular, cellular imaging, protein interaction products
- Excellent oral written communications skills
- Strong analytical process skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
Desired Characteristics
- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, product/segment marketing, product development or related field
- Deep Product Management/Marketing expertise, including: market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management,
- Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen
- Leadership skills to lead teams shape/lead growth vision marketing strategy
- Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration ute on creative ideas
- Team oriented – ability to motivate work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to work globally
