Job Summary:
Responsible for Applications Support
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
·Conduct operator training for end users after installation of instruments
·Solve application product problems promptly completely
·Conduct product technical training for Sales / Engineers/Distributors
·Maintain/ products information promptly
·Visit client regularly promotes reagent for value-based management
·Pay periodic visits to Key Acs for getting user feedbacks on our products services
·Work closely with Service Engineer Sales team in order to support sales effort, including pre-sales promotion
·Coordinate instrument installation with Service Engineer Sales
·Coordinate customer evaluation of products
·Assist customers in the interpretation of test results
·Assist in yearly budgeting exercise prepares monthly report
Basic Requirements of the Job
·At least Bachelor Degree in pathology or Appropriate Science or Medical discipline.
·Proficiency in both spoken written English
·Good comm of MS office software application
·Product & Application Expertise
·More than 2 years experience in hospital pathology department / or similar experience in the industry
