职位描述Summary of Responsibilities: 在医疗总监领导下，开展乳腺外科门诊及病房医疗工作，参加病房会诊、。Under CMO’s supervision, practice breast surgery in the outpatient inpatient setting, attend inpatient consultation
工作职责Responsibilities:
1、 在医疗总监领导下，参加本科室的门诊、病房及本科室相关的会诊医疗工作。
Under CMO’s supervision, attend outpatient, inpatient consultation work related to breast.
2、规范书写乳腺外科各类文书，开展临床新技术、新项目，不断提高医疗技术水平。
Write policies related to breast surgery department, introduce new technique, new project continue improve medical techniques/skills.
3、认真执行医院的各项规章制度和技术操作常规，提高服务质量和医疗质量，严防医疗差错。
implement hospital policies SOPs in order to improve quality of service medical service, prevent medical mistakes.
任职资格 Qualifications:
1). 学历要求 Education: 高等医学院校，临床医学专业本科以上学历。
Qualification: medical school, medical major, bachelor degree above qualification

2). 工作经验要求Working experience: 具有5年以上乳腺外科临床工作经验。
Working experiences: Five years above breast surgery working experiences.

3). 技能要求clinical Skills:
1、 能运用乳腺外科相关基础理论，对各类乳腺的常见病、多发病进行诊断及治疗，在临床中对于不同的病情、病况制定出针对性的个体化治疗方案。
Can use breast related theories, diagnose treat all kinds of most commonly seen breast diseases, re-occurred breast diseases in the clinical work, create individualized treatment plan according to different disease, different circumstance.
2、 能对各年龄段女性的乳房保健方面进行咨询指导。
Be able to provide educational consultant for different age groups about breast health education
3、熟练掌握并能独立完成乳腺外科各类小型手术，掌握各类中型手术。
Be familiar can perform independently all kinds of small breast surgeries, can perform medium types of operation.
4) 执照与证书要求 License & Certifications：《医师执业证书》、《医师资格证书》
