Role Purpose
Provide strategic insights consultation to support GSK‘s Rx/Vaccine br marketing strategies development business performance evaluation.
Key Acabilities/Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive real time market competitive evaluation to support business planning.
2. Leverage, integrate synthesize across primary research secondary data sources.
3. Provide the most current market & competitive analysis. Track analyze competitor new product launches sales performance to generate share key learning.
4. Provide market customer evaluation to address current portfolio challenges.
5. Provide market customer evaluation to support the success launch of new products/new indications.
6. Enable best informed selling strategy through tailor made analysis to address regional/local market challenges.
7. Work closely with marketing/commercial sales teams to underst translate business needs into analytic requirements, develop an actionable plan, acquire analyze appropriate data, interpret results present findings actionable recommendations.
8. Effectively manage allocated budget Coordinate work with procurement where relevant Manage market research supplier relationships as agreed with line manager.
9. Comply with GSK Global Quality Policy (GQP) Global Quality Guideline (GQG).
Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)
1. Bachelor’s Degree in business or sciences, advanced science /business degree desirable, with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a multi-national pharmaceutical environment.
2. Prior pharmaceutical market research/commercial analysis experience required quantitative data analysis skill required.
3. Strong analytical skills strategic thinking capacity. Strong experience of interacting with marketing/br teams.
4. Strong communication skills (both oral written in Chinese English).
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks.
