Key Acabilities/Responsibilities
To create maximum value from assigned product, by developing, implementing controlling marketing strategy promotional mix.
To maximise the potential of the assigned product through the:
1. Development of Br Plans Forecasts for the assigned product, including details of br marketing strategy, tactical plan/promotional mix, Field-force resources business projections etc.
2. Execution of product marketing tactical plan/promotional mix ensuring that these plans are implemented optimally to meet agreed milestones objectives
3. Leadership of product specific cross-functional Medical, Marketing, Regulatory Field force teams that delivers competitive advantages
4. Integration of Marketing activities through effective field force engagement efforts
5. Assessment of business performance identification of variances to plan recommendation implementation of proposals that rectify or capitalise on current performance
6. In consultation with Supply Chain Management with input from the Commercial function, the production on a monthly basis of consensus, rolling dem forecasts
7. Collection, analyses monitoring of market intelligence including competitors information
8. Control of marketing promotional expenditure within the allocated budget the leveraging of this expenditure to achieve maximum ROI
9. Management control of advertising/PR agencies as appropriate
10. In consultation with Market Research team, the input to the implementation of relevant market research programmes
11. In consultation with NPD /or BD function, the input to the development of commercial value appraisals for new products or business opportunities
12. In consultation with Market Access/Public Policy function, the input to development ution of market access plan
Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)
1. University degree – preferably science or business
2. A minimum of 4 years‘ experience in a pharmaceutical environment
3. Sales experience is essential product management experience is preferred
4. External knowledge – healthcare system, market environment, insight into customer competitors
5. Strong analytical skill & strategic thinking ability
6. Strong ution ability with a systematic approach to planning problem solving
7. Proven communications interpersonal skills ability to interact with a diverse group of internal external individuals

11. Proficiency in use of stard software applications
