职位描述
Role Purpose 职位目标:
Develop & enhance digital platform capabilities to bring more digital value on engaging HCPs drive business
Key Acabilities/Responsibilities主要工作职责
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of Digital platforms such as: health.gsk, email marketing, e-meeting, ipad edetaling project. The working scope will be including project planning, daily operation project management budget service provider management, close communication collaboration with br team make sure those digital platforms can be fully utilized to engage HCPs, as part of the multiple channel strategy implementation.
2. Promote digital platforms to internal business users external customers to make sure good user understing, cooperation usage
3. Collaborate coordinate with IT, Medical, Compliance, Legal other key cross-functional teams to resolve digital issues overcome barriers on the digital journey
4. Support Multi-channel strategy build-up digital channel to bring value proposition on business
5. Monitor track digital usage generate monthly digital usage analysis report
6. Provide regular s for stakeholders in terms of digital usage report issues / problems
7. Manage digital developments properly to make sure its adherence with digital governance stardizations policies
8. Working closely with marketing team to obtain business needs, underst br plan, organize customer surveys to get latest feedbacks customer dems on digital to support br strategy
9. Communicate provide digital educations to internal business users to help improve the mindset skills on digital from people perspective
10. Contribute towards the broader Customer Relationship Management strategy in conjunction with other Commercial Excellence functions, of which Digital will be a key component
11. Work communicate with Global digital teams to learn best practices make sure local digital solutions can be shared globally
Qualifications/Requirements : (Education / Experience / Competencies)

1. University graduate or above
2. Minimum 2-3 years work experience in a comparable position / comparable responsibilities such as br management
3. Proven experience in digital marketing including digital development, innovation delivery will be a plus
4. Experience in translating market customer opportunities into digital solutions (including deploying digital solutions with limited end-user technology)
5. Experience with project management: planning, budgeting, tracking delivery
6. In depth knowledge of digital technologies / eChannels to engage HCPs (including eRep, social media, mobile platforms, blogs discussion groups) internal management applications like CRM (customer relationship management)
7. Strong project planning management skills
8. Strong ability to network communicate effectively with internal external stakeholders
9. Proven experience managing 3rd party providers vendors to achieve business objectives
10. Strong communication skills (oral written) in both Chinese English
