Role Purpose 职位目标:
加强MR/ FLM/ SLM培训体系及课程的有效性,将公司总部培训项目有效本土化,以满足基于GSK中国区域团队专业业务目标的培训需求。
To lead initiatives to further enhance sales training program of MR/ FLM/ SLM effectiveness, best localize global training programs to meet training needs base on professional business objective of GSK China field force.
完善并实施培训师能力发展体系,以加速培训师契合GSK 中国区域团队专业业务发展的能力提升。
To accelerate the development of sales trainer competencies link with GSK China field force professional business development, through developing implementing trainer capabilities development system.
Key Acabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
1. 基于GSK中国区域团队专业业务情况、目标及策略:
Base on GSK China field force professional business situation, objective strategy :
(1) 参与并带领及时更新开发MR/ FLM/ SLM培训体系及课程
Lead initiatives to revise or develop stard training system courses of MR/ FLM / SLM timely
(2) 对公司总部培训项目做有效本土化
Localize global training programs
沟通识别GSK中国区域团队能力现状及培训需求
Communicate with stakeholders to identify current situation of GSK China field force capabilities training needs
培训资料/工具更新、开发及测试
Revise, develop test training materials/ tools ?
就培训资料/工具,组织实施培训师培训
Implement the TTT of training materials/ tools for trainers ?
就培训资料/工具,收集反馈,进行评估
Collect feedback implement evaluation of training materials/ tools
(3) 开展其它培训项目
Drive other training program
2. 基于GSK中国区域团队专业业务能力发展需求、对应的培训体系实施要求,及目前培训师能力现状,协助区域团队培训能力发展负责人:
Base on the needs of GSK China field force professional business capabilities development, linked requires of training system deliver current situation of trainers capabilities, support Associate Director, Field Force Training Capabilities Development to:
(1) 锁定培训师能力发展需求和目标
Identify trainer‘s capabilities development needs objectives
(2) 运用内外部资源,量身定制学习分享的资源、平台及体系,并及时、有效实施
Tailor-made the learning sharing resource, platform system through internal external resource operation, implement them timely effectively
课程内容的学习体系、标准、资源
Learning system, stard resource of training courses contents ?
课程引导技能的学习体系、标准、资源

成为区域团队专业伙伴的咨询能力的学习体系、标准、资源

(3) 设置对培训师能力发展的跟进和辅导体系,并促进实施

(4) 完善跟培训师能力发展的评估体系,并及时、有效实施
Update the certification system of trainer’s capabilities development, implement it timely effectively

(5) 根据PDP, 完成自身课程学习/认证,支持MR/ FLM标准培训授课

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)
申请资格 / 职位要求:(教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能)
1. Bachelor degree above
2. Experiences of at least 2-year sales management (2nd line sales management experience desired) 3-year sales training in
Pharmaceutical or Biological industry.
3. Proven track of strong leadership excellent coaching skills.
4. Excellent business understing cross sales, marketing, medical other key functions
5. Excellent learning agility especially around driving high performance stards results.
6. Good English communication skills in both writing spoken.
