For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in WUXI,we are looking for a Production supervisor 生产主管 .

What are my responsibilities?

This function is responsible for one shift/product/function operation.

1. Fulfill production plan with high efficiency, high quality low cost.

2. Ensure a stable flow production, investigate bottlenecks, work together with your team train employees for the right ution of their work tasks. Drive continuous productivity measures by continuously improving easy work ution.

3. Shopfloor management, shift start end information, investigate line disturbances, shop floor management board, interface meetings information sharing, positive culture buildup.

4. To manage production area EHS, 5S 3i program.

5. Organize daily production meetings, cooperate with peer to fulfull troubleshooting.

6. Prepare daily/monthly production related reports follow up open items.

7. Lead (support) Kaizen/SPS/CIP/Productivity projects to minimize waste within/between teams.

8. Investigate customer complain provide corrective actions. Regularly inform your team about quality problems the s at quality gates.

9. Decentral warehouse management. Lead/support regular(annual) stocktaking, ensure inventory accuracy.

10. Team member performance evaluation, define development plan.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. College Diploma is required in mechanical / Industrial engineering / automatic / equipments / electrical.

2. 5+ years working experience in foreign companies.

3. Fluent english (german preferred) in oral read/write.
